Janice holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in economics from Harvard University (United States), and a post-doctorate from the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). She is also bachelor’s in economics from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru), where she worked as a researcher and professor for more than fifteen years.
Janice is an international consultant on public policies and the author of several books and articles on topics related to social and economic policies. She is affiliated with the Global Network for Health Equality (GNHE) and the Evidence-Based Policy in Development Network (EBPDN).

Oscar holds a master’s degree in public policy management from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (Spain), and bachelor’s degree in medicine from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (Peru).
Among other positions in the Peruvian public sector, he has been the minister of Health, head of the Institute of Management of Health Services (IGSS) of the Secretariat of Health, and chief of the Solidarity System of Lima´s Metropolitan City Council.
Oscar is a consultant to national and international organizations such as the Pan American Health Organization and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
Milton holds a master’s degree in economics from Georgetown University (ILADES Program / Georgetown University) and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).
He has been the minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, the minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, executive director of ProInversión, project manager in the Water and Sanitation Program of the World Bank, regulation manager at Aeropuertos del Perú, general director of the General Directorate of Public Multiannual Programming at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and expert in agricultural development of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) of the United Nations.
Cesar holds a master’s degree in business management and administration from the European Business School of Spain. He has also completed his studies of the master’s degree in business administration from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres (Peru) and holds a bachelor´s degree in pharmaceutical chemistry from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (Peru).
He has certifications in Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2000 by the Institute for Quality (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú) and in Logistics by the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
His extensive experience in the public sector includes having served as general manager of the Health Insurance Fund of the National Police of Peru (SaludPol) and as general director of the General Directorate of Medicines, Supplies, and Drugs (Digemid).
He is also a consultant for multilateral organizations and entities of the Peruvian State.
